Recording the Improvement Notice on Real Estate Records
The Land Improvement Tax Department prepares a statement of the properties that it estimates will be affected by the improvement. This statement is approved by a decision of the Revenue Directorate, and a copy is sent to the Land Registry Secretariat to record an entry on the real estate record of each property indicating that it is subject to Land Improvement Tax (Article 50).
