Removal of the Improvement Notice from Real Estate Records
This entry shall not be removed except after the issuance of a final decision by the Expropriation Committee stating:
- That the tax is not due, or after the tax has been paid if it is due.
- Or after placing a deposit on account of the tax, determined based on the proposal of the Head of the Land Improvement Tax Department and the approval of the Revenue Directorate (Article 50, as amended pursuant to Article 55 of the 2001 Budget Law).
