Registering the Land Improvement Notice on Real Estate Records

Registration of the Betterment Tax Notation on Property Records

The Betterment Tax Department prepares a statement identifying the properties that it expects to benefit from the betterment. The statement is approved by a decision of the Revenue Directorate.

A copy of the statement is sent to the Land Registry Office so that an entry may be recorded on the property register sheet of each property indicating that it is subject to the Betterment Tax (Article 50).
